When the operator is working in an unfamiliar environment, they may suddenly hear a "tap 0" sound coming from the direction of the cutting table, causing the moving knife rod assembly on the cutter to stop working or the V-belt to slip. This indicates that the cutter has touched a hard object.

2. When the harvester was in operation, the operator found that the reciprocating movement of the moving knife rod assembly was slow, and a "squeak, squeak 0" sound was coming from the cutter. This is caused by the gap between the moving and fixed blades being too small, resulting in excessive movement resistance and causing mutual friction between the two blades.

3. Some operators do not perform the operation of the blade press properly. There should be an appropriate gap between the blade press, the moving blade and the friction plate. If the gaps among the three are not properly matched, the cutter will not cut thoroughly or cannot cut at all. If the gap is too large, causing the nut of the edge press to fall off, and the cutter head will emit a "click" and "click 0" sound, it will cause the cutter assembly to shake. If the gap is too small, the moving tool bar assembly will be stuck.

4. If the moving knife connecting rod is too long or too short, it will change the normal position of the cutter. Some operators are not familiar with the installation positions of the moving and fixed blades on the cutter. They often adjust the position of the moving blade connecting rod at will, which will cause an uncoordinated fit between the moving and fixed blades, resulting in incomplete cutting or no cutting at all.
